In This Position, You Will Get To

• Coordinating referral appointments
• Maintaining and updating patient records
• Verifying eligibility and benefits
• Obtaining prior authorizations
• Upwards of 60+ outbound calls
• Providing administrative support
• Providing excellent customer service

Must-Haves

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment obtaining prior authorizations and processing referrals
• High School Diploma or GED
