Our teams conduct detailed site walks, staking, and comprehensive data collection to support both underground and aerial fiber designs, including PLAs and make-ready pole assessments. All fielding activities are performed in strict compliance with NESC and OSHA standards, ensuring safety, accuracy, and design readiness.

Permitting
Our dedicated permitting team works closely with local municipalities and governing agencies to identify and fulfill all requirements for Right-of-Way (ROW) and joint-use permits. We manage the complete permitting lifecycle—preparing permit drawings, submitting applications, coordinating with agencies, and tracking approval status. Any corrections, rejections, or resubmissions are handled proactively until permits are approved. Upon approval, we provide permit expiration details to support timely renewals or extensions.

Traffic Control Plans (TCP)
At VARN Technologies, we develop detailed and compliant Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) tailored to site-specific conditions. Our designs include typical and custom MOT solutions such as left/right lane closures, flagging operations, and detour planning. All traffic control plans are carefully drafted to meet MUTCD and MOT guidelines, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and minimal disruption to traffic flow.
