About Us (your Responsibilities)

  • Create and implement training programs with Articulate 360 and other media tools.
  • Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes٫ feedback forms and so on.
  • Help vendors and participants interact with each other٫ when necessary.
  • Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
  • Teach and certify assigned associates their job specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and departmental tasks, while reinforcing safe work practices.
  • Evaluate associates’ skills and performance against teachings. Use departmental tools to assess associates’ progress and understandings.

About You (required to be considered as a qualified applicant ):

  • 3+ years' experience of working as a Training Generalist, Administrator or other relevant position.
  • Significant experience in project management.
  • Good practical experience with Articulate 360, video editing, MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • BSc or BA degree in Business٫ Psychology or other relevant area
  • Bilingual (desirable)
