Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manages full-cycle recruiting for various healthcare positions
  • Source applicants, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates for job fit.
  • Builds qualified and diverse pipelines, using creative techniques to proactively source candidates in a competitive job market.
  • Utilizes resume databases, job boards, cold-calling, networking, social media, LinkedIn, virtual events, job fairs, university partnerships, and employee referrals to target candidates with the desired skill-set and experience.
  • Develops and manages recruitment sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the search requirements.
  • Maintains candidate data in our applicant tracking system (Workday), as well as provides consistent tracking and reporting on pipeline activity.
  • Provide a candidate experience that aligns with the company culture as an Employer of Choice.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of high-volume and/or professional recruiting experience with a healthcare emphasis/focus
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent follow-up skills, great communication skills.
  • Strong technology and applicant tracking knowledge, including the use of internet sourcing techniques. Workday (HRIS) experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships.
  • Flexible approach, ability to follow processes, and prioritize critical tasks.
  • Desire to work in an innovative, creative and fun environment while helping to drive the recruiting process.
  • Demonstrated experience developing effective recruitment strategies
