HR Generalist Contract Job

The HR Generalist/Compliance Associate Will Responsible For The Following

• maintaining the compliance files for all field staff in accordance with Joint Commission and client specific requirements
• gathering, organizing, filing and maintaining contract and medical files for healthcare professionals
• obtaining necessary background check, drug screen and immunization records/results from our vendors
• monitoring expiration dates of required compliance documents
• contacting healthcare professionals to make them aware of expiring documents and then obtain the updated copies
• assisting Account Managers with the credentialing and administrative tasks related to the recruitment of healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail orientated
• Must have the ability to multi-task and to meet established deadlines
• Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work well in an independent environment and be held accountable for personal performance
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer
