Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus with 8–10 years of experience in change management or project/program management. PMP is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills; ability to assess large sets of data and analyze to support key decisions; Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management skills with evidence of having worked with a diverse group of stakeholders, including the C-Suite/Senior Executives; Leadership skills in influencing and managing change, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Is forward looking with a holistic customer centric approach and ability to establish / maintain strong relationships
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenge
Desirable Requirements
- Business process knowledge with ability to articulate business value, customer value or business impact.
- Strong ability to translate business impact into financial benefits for CBAs
- Conduct impact analyses, derive cost/benefit analysis for impact, and assess change readiness
